Love of wildlife and environment; wanted to help protect it; extra-curricular activities at uni showed me how I could do that.

What advice do you have for graduates who want an environmental career?
Volunteer with community groups; get involved with university action groups; look at resource management courses; don't feel bound by conventional views of educational qualifications; be positive about personal skills and experiences that can help entry into environment field.
