a)EJN collects
information relating to visitors to the website to enable us to improve
our service. This data is always aggregated, and is non-personal.
Information collected includes the number of visits to the site, the
days and times of visits and, in cases where a visitor has come to
the site from a search engine, the name of the search engine which
referred the visitor to EJN.
b)EJN may use
cookies to enhance the functionality of the site. Users who do not
wish to accept cookies can instruct their web browsers to refuse them.
However, some site functions may not be available without cookies.
c)Under no circumstance
will email addresses provided to EJN for the purpose of subscribing
to the EJN Weekly mailout be given or sold to third parties.

Subscribers’ email addresses to correspond with Subscribers
about events, services and products that EJN deems relevant to environmental
job seekers.
e)EJN welcomes
feedback about our service. Any feedback provided to us will be stored
and used by staff to improve or promote our service. Such feedback
may be made public either in aggregate or individual form. Before
making individual feedback public, specific identifying characteristics
will be removed unless the user providing the feedback specifies otherwise.
f) Any information
that you send to the Environmental Jobs Network will be available
to our staff, for the purpose of maintaining and increasing our networks.
g) If at any time
you wish to remove your email address from our mailing list, simply
email your first and last names to unsubscribe@environmentaljobs.com.au
In addition to
information relating to job vacancies, which is made public on our
website and through the EJN Weekly mailout, Advertisers are asked
to provide their contact details for use exclusively by EJN. By supplying
this information, the Advertiser authorises EJN to correspond with
the Advertiser about the advertisement(s), and about EJN’s service
generally.
