This position is based in Bunbury, which is located in the South West Region of Western Australia. The South West region has a rich and varied environment, which has considerable ecological and landscape value. It is well known for its magnificent Karri, Jarrah and Tuart Forests, unique underground cave systems, rivers and wetlands and its spectacular coastlines and estuaries. The region is home to some world-renowned wine regions and surf breaks, a host of museums, art galleries and fine craft shops.

Job Description
Provides secretarial, administrative and executive support to the Branch Manager.
Provides administrative support to the Bunbury section of FMB.
Selection Criteria

ESSENTIAL
1. Demonstrated ability to provide administrative and executive support to senior managers.
2. Demonstrated secretarial skills, including well developed word processing skills.
3. Demonstrated capacity to implement and maintain office and administrative systems, including records management.
4. Well developed verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Demonstrated organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively under limited supervision.
6. Awareness of EEO Principles.
DESIRABLE
1. Working knowledge of the FAAA Act and Treasury Instructions.
2. Experience in financial administration and budget preparation.
3. Experience in operating Oracle and Concept financial management systems, or equivalent.
4. Current motor vehicle driver’s license.
