This role manages the learning and assessment process for identified students across a range of client groups and delivery modes. Mandatory Requirements:

  • Candidates must hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
  • Possession of a relevant formal qualification (eg Advanced Diploma, Degree or Masters) in the area you will be teaching
  • Completion of a minimum five (5) years relevant recent successful industry experience – post qualification.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate proven ability in the following areas:

  • Demonstrated capacity for best practice in the management of teaching and learning activities (including delivery, assessment and evaluation).
  • Knowledge of the education and training sector and the ability to positively respond to new directions and demands of the training market.
  • Demonstrated capacity for leadership, self-management and work effectively as a team member. The ability to accept, promote and manage change and well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Sound knowledge of safe, equitable and anti-discriminatory work practices and demonstrated ability to be flexible, responsive and deliver quality client service.
  • Demonstrated commitment to self development with the focus on qualifications/skills update and contemporary industry practices.

Salary

$58 036 - $74 563 full-time per annum
