GWS is currently recruiting this Environmental role for a leading regional organisation.

The role will have a strong compliance focus and provide a solid platform for career growth.

Responsibilities:

Management

*       Develop, implement and monitor Compliance operations.
*       Coordinate the provision of staff, equipment and material resources.
*       Manage contracts and contractors to ensure work is completed safely and to agreed standard.

Compliance

*       Preparation of annual licence returns for EPA and DEC
*       Responding, investigating and reporting any incidents of non-compliance
*       Promote and ensure compliance with OH&S and Environmental statutory requirements.

Selection Criteria:

1.     Relevant Environmental qualifications and experience for the position.
2.     Solid experience in providing leadership and motivation in a team environment.
3.     Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus.
4.     Proven financial, budgeting, administration and business skills.
5.     Solid understanding and experience in risk assessment of projects, activities and tasks.
6.     Current drivers licence
7.     Current First Aid Certificate

Salary

$70,000 - $80,000
