Job Summary:  

We’re looking for someone to develop and manage our new business – the role is primarily focused on sales and marketing to build up the business’s profile, customers and brand.

We’re a small business, so this position is perfect for someone who shares our vision and wants to play a leading role in an exciting new company.

 

Location:

You’ll be working from our friendly, open-plan Melbourne office, located in inner-city Collingwood, just off Smith St.

 

Responsibilities:

Sales – Your primary responsibility will be to manage sales for the company, including building relationships with potential customers and conducting presentations to potential customers outside of the office.

Marketing – You’ll also be responsible for some marketing of the business, both direct and through the media.

Media & Public Relations – The public face of the business, you’ll be working with PR consultants to develop the brand and public awareness of the business.

Website Maintenance – You’ll oversee the company website, including additions of content on a semi-regular basis.

4.    Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines
5.    Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
6.    Confident telephone manner
7.    Basic computer skills

 

Desirable knowledge and experience:

1.    Experience working in the non-profit sector
2.    Public speaking experience

Salary

$50,000 pro rata + super + bonuses
