In this role you will undertake duties relating to the investigation of environmental problems where the activities are designated as Local Government’s responsibilities under the Queensland Environmental Protection Act 1994. The successful candidate will have demonstrated ability in an environmental field with highly developed communication, report writing, negotiation, interpersonal and organisational skills. To be successful in this position you will possess tertiary qualification in Environmental Science or related discipline. An excellent knowledge of the Environmental Protection Act 1994 coupled with Federal, State and Local Law legislation governing environmental issues are also prerequisites for this role.
Salary: $49,316 to $61,624 per annum, plus superannuation
