Quotations are invited from suitable qualified and experienced consultants for the preparation of a Management Plan for the Bathurst Urban Waterways.  The project includes an assessment of the present condition of the six main creeks within the urban area of Bathurst which flow into the Macquarie River, and will recommend actions for the management and/or rehabilitation of the waterways to achieve the target vision by 2018.

Quotations must be in a plain, sealed envelope, on which are printed only the words “Quotation Number 37.00259 – BATHURST URBAN WATERWAYS MANAGEMENT PLAN”, and are to be placed in the Tender Box, Ground Floor, Civic Centre, Corner William and Russell Streets, Bathurst, prior to the closing time of 4.00pm, Tuesday, 27 January 2009.

Quotations in envelopes which do not have the required words printed on them, or which have the Company Name or any other writing on them, will not be considered by Council.

The lobbying or liaison with Councillors prior to consideration of quotations by Council will lead to the rejection of the offending submission.

The lowest or any quotation will not necessarily be accepted by Council.
