The Department of Primary Industries is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to fill the role of Surface Water Management Officer, responsible for delivering irrigation modernisation and surface water management projects in the Shepparton Irrigation Region (SIR) as part of the Goulburn Broken Catchment Management Authority (GBCMA) area.

The position will develop, implement and evaluate projects to engage and assist land owners in making informed decisions about surface water management.

This is a full time position available for a fixed term period of 3 years and may be located at Tatura or Cobram only.

The successful applicant must hold an appropriate degree in Agricultural Science, Science or an equivalent science qualification.
