Develop and implement environmental sustainability policies, strategies and projects for Housing NSW and its assets, and assist social housing residents and other stakeholders adopt environmentally sustainable practices. 

 

SELECTION CRITERIA:      

 

  • Good understanding of environmental sustainability issues and asset management.
  • Demonstrated analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills, including a proven ability to conduct research.
  • Demonstrated policy development and project management experience.
  • Capacity to develop innovative solutions and prepare policies, processes and/or protocols based on the analysis of complex data and issues.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Environmental, Asset Management or a related discipline and/or relevant equivalent experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication, presentation, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare routine & complex documents, including use of standard software applications.
  • Demonstrated capacity to work as an effective team member and lend assistance to others to achieve outcomes.

Salary

Total remuneration package is valued up to $100,147 per annum (Salary: $82,356 pa – $90,754 pa), includes employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
