Role:   Pivotal to this role will be your ability to assist the environmental manager by effectively engaging the broader stakeholder community within the airports precinct and managing a variety of exciting environmental programs, initiatives and strategies such as community engagement & action programs, reduction plans for waste, energy, carbon, monitoring programs, maintenance of (EMS) etc. 

Criteria:   To be successful in this role you will exhibit a commercial awareness of environmental issues and be able to demonstrate;

• excellent communication, verbal and written
• strong relationship management skills 
• effective engagement and influencing skills
• effective organisational and time management skills
• knowledge of environmental management systems (EMS)

Tertiary qualifications in environmental science/engineering, or a related discipline is essential. Ideally you have proven experience and demonstrate confidence, initiative and drive. Vehicle license will be required. The organisation offers unique employer benefits.
