This international consultancy has seen tremendous growth in their Water and Environmental teams over the last 18 months. Despite the worldwide economic troubles, they are still in a pattern of growth and are working carefully to appoint this strategic position of Principal Process Engineer.

The role will focus on your technical leadership in specialist areas of engineering. Specifically you will focus on;

•    Provide technical leadership on projects in terms of managing tasks, people, budgets, scope and risk.
•    Develop, identify and act on business opportunities
•    Actively support, develop, train and provide leadership to the process engineering group
•    Act as mentor
•    Advise engineering manager of specialist training and development needs for staff
•    Produce work in accordance with all internal quality standards

The ideal candidate will be a professionally qualified Process Engineer with a minimum of 10 years relevant experience in Process Engineering design.  In addition to the above duties, it is essential to possess experience in a commercial consulting environment with strong business acumen.

Salary

100-160k package
