Roberts Evaluation presents you with an opportunity to gain practical tools and techniques for application with current and future projects and programs with NRM and environmental focus.

As a social research and evaluation company that specialises in Natural Resource Management, though agriculture and environmental avenues, all the case studies used in regards to the workshops have been developed from our exclusive experience in the environmental and NRM area.

Program Design is for those involved in designing and evaluating programs which involve engaging with the community to create social and behavioural change. The workshop will be useful for those who are involved in running programs with this focus. Previous knowledge not required.

Economic Issues and NRM is directed towards people involved with managing strategies, action plans, and investment choices in NRM. This typically would include government, catchment management authorities and community organisation staff who have a range of programs under their control. Knowledge of economics is not assumed, however, participants with knowledge of issues in NRM and investment decision will benefit most.

Extending Community Engagement is for those; involved with reviewing and delivering engagement and extension activities, government, Catchment Management Authorities, Councils, and other organisations involved in community engagement.. Knowledge of engagement not required.

Analysing Qualitative Data is a half day workshop and will be primarily directed at those involved in the evaluation of projects but who have not had wide experience in the analysis of qualitative data. The workshop may benefit those from a technical or scientific background where the methods of data collection and analysis are largely quantitative.
