More on the EnviroPLUCK
Series:
The EnviroPLUCK
DVD includes interviews with people in the field, those high up in environmental
organisations around the country, and gives tips to employees on how to
get your foot in the door. Each show has a different theme - from an overview
of environmental careers, to episodes on graduate programs, working with
local government, protection authorities, volunteering, working and studying
overseas and much more!
Some of the organisations featured on the series included the Department
of Sustainability and Environment Victoria, Environment Protection Authority
Victoria, Sustainable Energy Authority Victoria, Toyota, City of Melbourne,
GHD, RMIT University, Parks Victoria, Going Solar, Australian Conservation
Foundation, Environment Victoria, Monash University, The Age, Earth Systems,
Greening Australia, SARDI Aquatic Sciences, Earthwatch, Citywide, Whitehorse
Council, Latrobe University, Vox Bandicoot, Melbourne Zoo, Environmental
Jobs Network and more.
ENVIROPLUCK was produced and presented by volunteers from the Environmental
Jobs Network (EJN) and Pluck/RMITV. EJN is a non-profit group who help
people, in particular students or recent graduates, to find their ultimate
dream environmental job - by providing a website packed full of career
advice, course information and jobs.

broadcasting over 250 'live' episodes of Pluck. Pluck has an audience
reach of 30,000 people.
ENVIROPLUCK is sponsored by EPA Victoria, Department of Sustainability
and Environment (Victorian Government), Sustainable Energy Authority Victoria
and CityWide.
